The following terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) shall apply to the exclusive Kopitiam Food Hall @ Parkway Parade promotion – Grand Opening Delights! (“Spin-The-Wheel”).
1. This promotion is open to all residents of Singapore (“Patron”), except for employees as well as immediate family members of Kopitiam Investment Pte Ltd and their F&B partners/agencies
2. This Campaign is valid from 14 April 2025 to 13 May 2025 (both dates inclusive) (“Promotion Period”). Qualifying Period: 14 April 2025 – 13 May 2025 (Both dates inclusive) subject to the availability of the Lucky Code distribution – Whilst Stocks Last (defined below) (the “Promotion Period”).
3. By participating in the Spin-The-Wheel Promotion, each Participant represents and warrants that he or she has met the eligibility criteria set out under these Promotion Terms and Conditions. Each Participant also consents to the use by the Organisers, of his or her personal information for feedback, promotional and marketing purposes.
How To Participate:
Spend a minimum of $8 in a single receipt and receive a receipt with 1x Lucky Code
Scan the QR code printed on the receipt and proceed to the website as directed.

4. Promotion is not valid in conjunction with other promotions, Kopitiam Cards, vouchers or promo codes, unless otherwise stated.
5. Lucky code is valid for 1 time use only via the merchant webpage and on a first-come, first-served basis, while stocks last.
6. Whilst all attempts using the Lucky Code will be made available all the time, occasionally the promotional webpage may face technical issues which may render the availability of accessing to “Spin-The-Wheel ” and the redemption page. In the event that the provided Lucky Code becomes unavailable/error, Kopitiam Investment Pte Ltd will not be held responsible or liable in any way whatsoever due to any technical issues.
7. Each participant is entitled to multiple eCash Vouchers [Prizes] in this Promotion provided that each winning Lucky Code receipt corresponds with an eligible transaction.
8. The availability of the eCash Vouchers [prizes] is strictly subject to the quantity as set out under the Promotion Terms and Conditions and redeemable on a “first come first serve”, “while stocks last” basis.
9. Participating Kopitiam outlets include: Applicable to purchases made at any F&B stalls within Kopitiam Food Hall @ Parkway Parade.
10. Spin-The-Wheel Prizes:
Total PRIZES up to $4,000 to be won (total quantity of each prize as set out below)
To claim the eCash Vouchers [prizes], you should follow the steps below.
Step 1: Inform the staff that you would like to redeem eCash Vouchers
Step 2: Scan the QR code and ReEnter the Winning Lucky Code
Step 3: Press “Click to Redeem” button
Step 4: Show & ask the cashier to scan the QR image (eCash Voucher) upon making a purchase at any stalls within the participating outlets.
13. All Kopitiam Food Hall @ Parkway Parade eCash Vouchers [Prizes] featured must be redeemed by 22 May 2025. eCash Vouchers not redeem within the stipulated date of usage will be forfeited.
14. The validity of all eCash voucher QR codes is subject to verification by the Kopitiam Food Hall cashier system. Once a voucher QR code is claimed, the cashier system result is final.
15. Kopitiam Investment is not liable for any Lucky Code receipt if it is missing, torn, damaged or tampered with, and will not be replaced for any reason.
16. eCash Vouchers[Prizes] are strictly non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash.
17. The decision on all promotion matters by Kopitiam Investment Pte Ltd is final and no correspondence will be entertained.
Other Terms & Conditions
18. Participants using the Lucky Code entry for this Spin-The-Wheel promotion are subject to these Terms and Conditions. Lucky Code entry into this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and any amendments, additions, replacements, variations and modifications hereto shall be final and binding in all respect on each Lucky code activation by participants.
19. Non-compliance with or breach of any of these Terms and Conditions may disqualify a Participant or deactivate the winning Lucky code at any stage of the promotion and any prize won may be forfeited, withheld, withdrawn or reclaimed.
20. The Organiser reserves the right, at any time and at its discretion to (a) amend any of these Terms and Conditions; (b) modify, suspend and/or terminate the Spin-The-Wheel promotion, in whole or in part; (c) change the date, time and venue of the redemption(s); or (d) substitute any prize/reward with one of similar value. In the event of dispute, the Organiser decision is final and conclusive. No person shall be entitled to any payment or compensation from the Organiser should any prize/reward or any part thereof be forfeited in accordance with the terms herein.
21. Kopitiam Investment reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of this Promotion without prior notice.
22. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any brochures, marketing or promotional materials relating to this Campaign, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
23. A person who is not a party to these Terms and Conditions shall have no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act (Cap. 53B) to enforce these Terms and Conditions.
24. These terms & conditions shall be governed by the laws of Singapore and all Participants shall irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
