Terms and conditions governing In-store Payment via FairPrice Group App at Kopitiam outlets

The terms set out in this Section are specific to in-store payment via FairPrice Group App. They are supplemental to the overall FairPrice Group App terms and shall be read as an integral part of these T&Cs. In the event of inconsistency, the terms in this Section shall prevail to the extent of inconsistency.

  1. You may make payments and/or redeem Linkpoints for your purchases at participating Kopitiam outlets using the FairPrice Group App.
  2. 10% app discount is not valid with other promotions, promotional items and sets.
  3. 10% discount* at participating Kopitiam outlets is only applicable when using credit or debit cards to pay via the Payment or Order on the FairPrice Group app. Using cash or card at payment counter is not applicable. *Applies to regular-priced items only at participating outlets and stalls.
  4. Linkpoints will only be redeemable on the FairPrice Group app only after a credit or debit card is added to the payment method.
  5. Connect your Link membership to enjoy membership benefits of the Link Rewards Programme.
  6. Based on your purchase and memberships identified under your account in the FairPrice Group App, discounts and benefits will be automatically applied to your receipt.
  7. Promo codes, e-vouchers are currently unavailable to be applied from the FairPrice Group App for purchases done at the POS.
  8. Any other promos, vouchers or payment methods may still be redeemed at the store directly before using the FairPrice Group App to complete your payment of the in-store purchase.
  9. Early Bird Special Promotion is available for a limited time only and not valid with other discounts or promotions, unless otherwise specified.
  10. For security reasons, you are strongly advised to not share your payment QR code with anyone (including family members and friends). FairPrice Group App payment QR code includes your identity and payment details, and may otherwise be mis-used for identity theft or insecure payments should it be shared with a third party. In case of QR code sharing, you are responsible for any insecure or unauthorised payments done by a third party.
  11. You will receive an e-receipt in your registered email ID and FairPrice Group App for every in-store purchase paid through FairPrice Group App. Physical receipts will also be printed at the store.
